EmpowerHer Accountability Circle is a dynamic 6-month group coaching program akin to a mastermind, fostering a collaborative atmosphere among ambitious women. Guided by a strategic intention coach, participants engage in focused goal-setting, ensuring both individual growth and collective empowerment throughout the journey. 

This 6-month group coaching program will offer: 

• 13 hour long bi-monthly group sessions

• 26 Weeks of feedback on your goals and progress 

• Discussion of challenges and celebration of victories

• Hot seat options during group sessions

• Opportunity to create your strategic plan

• Establish Monthly & Weekly goals

• Ability to report your weekly goals

• Feedback on weekly goals submitted
